        Do high intensity interval training. (Lots of burpees, jumping squats, jumping lunges, or practically any workout done in short yet intense bursts.)

        It's been shown to burn more calories than jogging/regular cardio.

          Working out is the only true and healthy way to do it plus you feel like you gained something im not one for supplements i don't believe in that stuff and anyone who uses them are dumb period.

              Water; drink lots of water, eat smaller portions throughout the day, don't over eat in 1 sitting (your insulin levels should never spike), drink green tea for a higher metabolism, and do some HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) which keeps your heart rate up for longer periods of time which burns more calories rather than just a slow jog, etc.

              -Personal Trainer in training

              Edit: L-Carnitine for "fat loss", but be careful taking in supplements that you don't know about. I used to use this, but ask your doctor first before doing anything unusual.

                    Drink a glass of water in the morning to get your metabolism going, try and do cardio for at least 40 minutes a day for 4 days, and stay away from bread and pastas and you'll start shedding weight extremely quick.

                              Just control diet and exercise. way better than taking in products that you have no clue what they are made out of. I rather be fit and healthy than be fit but have bad organs.
