Water; drink lots of water, eat smaller portions throughout the day, don't over eat in 1 sitting (your insulin levels should never spike), drink green tea for a higher metabolism, and do some HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) which keeps your heart rate up for longer periods of time which burns more calories rather than just a slow jog, etc.

Edit: L-Carnitine for "fat loss", but be careful taking in supplements that you don't know about. I used to use this, but ask your doctor first before doing anything unusual.
Drink a glass of water in the morning to get your metabolism going, try and do cardio for at least 40 minutes a day for 4 days, and stay away from bread and pastas and you'll start shedding weight extremely quick.
