      Taste is heavily subjective, as for healthy, avoid food which has a high content of fats, complex carbohydrates and toxic substances which may be harmful to the body.

      ... I like potatoes, they are so yummy.

        Do you like fruits? Apples, watermelon, berries are quick and healthy. Also a lot of whole grain foods such as sandwiches and pasta. Dark chocolate is better than milk chocolate.

          generally if your doing it right, healthy foods shouldnt be that 'delicious' but to me

          i enjoy simply the natural taste of all vegetables, cooked very minimally, maybe just boiled or steamed. or maybe try adding some natural seasoning, lemon juice, chillis, tomato paste, all delicious, fresh and clean

            What the above said. However, if you are craving something that is not just vegetable & fruit, make sure to check nutrition labels. For example, Quest & Kind bars are definitely on the more healthy side as opposed to chips & cookies.
            However, try to limit the amount of these that you eat.

              To be honest~ you don't need any specific diet unless you
              are training to be an athlete or something similar.

              (Or if you have specific food allergies or medical conditions.)

              Food is 'healthy' based on what you consume and 'tasty'
              based on how you prepare it. Some simple things to bear in
              mind when eating healthy:

              1. Eat as much as you need to feel full and eat slowly so that
              your brain has time to register the feeling of being full.

              2. Eat enough so that you don't feel tired and lethargic.

              3. Sugar is okay once in a while~ If I'm full though I don't
              really crave sugar

              4. Two portions of greens with a portion of other vegetables,
              one portion of meats or legumes and proteins and maybe half
              a portion of staples (bread, rice, potatoes, yam etc) make a
              good balance imo.

              What makes things tasty is being able to cook LOL. A little bit of salt
              makes things taste better, if something lacks bite add a little bit of chilli~
              use spices sparingly etc etc.



              My 3am comfort snack is a giant bowl of tomatoes (cooked until they're
              soup like) with a bunch of vegetables + mushrooms I can find in the fridge
              and some beef diced into it. I flavour it with some mixed herbs and olive oil or
              just lemon juice and lemon grass.

                      Avacado cream pasta is my personal favourite!

                      Directions:
                      Boil pasta until desired tenderness

                      Throw in mixer (beat well):
                      2 cloves minced garlic
                      2 tablespoons lemon juice
                      1 whole avocado (pitt out)
                      1/2 teaspoon salt
                      1/2 cup cream
                      1 egg yolk

                      Mix sauce with pasta in pot for 1 minute to bring up the heat.
                      Salt pepper to taste and serve immediately :)

                        Almonds and Pomegranites taste great and very healthy! Easy to eat on the go

                        A more fuller, tasteful, and healthy meal would probably consist of eggs, chicken, rice, sweet potato, some soup, salmon, extra lean ground chicken with tortilla.
