    freeware DirectX 11 Help

I have DirectX 11 on my laptop which I recently reformatted due to blue screen of death. The problem is that the DirectX features says Not Available on all 3 of them. How can I fix this? I can't play any games because it says Not Available. Help me please !

Go to your start menu, Then in the search box type in dxdiag, wait for it to load, click next once, Top left first thing that says name should be your graphics card, tell me what it says.

                        Re-install it

check your "device manager" to see if your graphics drivers are installed or not, if it's not installed then it'll show a yellow triangle with an exclamation point. As to how to get to device manager on w7, use your noggin. -> www.google.com
