Remove "Dear member\guest you have to reply to see the link."

I have no idea why this was put in place, but it's going to create a lot of unnecessary spam in releases and generally be annoying for all. Plus, it's broken because I can simply press "QUOTE" to get the actual link. If the link in question was actually a download, I would most likely have nothing of value to say until I had actually tried the release. It makes no sense to force people to post beforehand.

Nah, it'll get removed. It's ugly, broken, problematic and useless. I just hope it won't be too long before whoever implemented it realizes that.
