    Anything with cottage cheese really.
    My fav:
    Bell pepper sliced in half, fill it up with cottage (like a bowl) and eat away.

    Banana, apples for fruits. Oatmeal every morning with banana and cinnamon is super healthy and gives you a good concentration boost for the day.
    Vegetables for pan, they're healthy as well as freezing food is one of the healthy types of storing food and most of these have 100% veg.
    Use coconut oil instead of normal oil. Olive for salads, it's very healthy. Chicken breasts into cubes, into coconut oil on pan, until crispy. Lettuce, cubes of chicken breasts, feta cheese cubes, green olives, a bit fried sunflower seeds (on a clean pan without oil). Mix everything, add olive and it's a great salad. I make one like this at least every week, enough for 2 days and very healthy.

    Chicken breasts are easily up there along with some complex carbs. I usually eat chicken breast and brown rice as my daily diet.
